NABLUS, January 5, 2008 (WAFA)-At least six citizens were wounded and five others arrested on Saturday by Israeli gunfire in the West Bank city of Nablus, security sources said.

They told WAFA that three of the injured were hit with rubber coated bullets and transferred to hospitals. While five citizens were arrested and taken into an unknown location.

The Israeli ongoing offensive in Nablus city continues for the three day running. The damage caused by the Israeli tanks in the old city had cost the city at least 40 Million NIS ( the USD = 3.80 NIS.
