TULKAREM, January 3, 2007 (WAFA)-A citizen was wounded on Thursday by Israeli gun fires in the West Bank city of Tulkarem, witnesses said.

They added that Israeli soldiers , stationed near the Wall , north Far'aon town, south Tulkarem , opened fire towards Mua'z Atta 18, and he was shot in the leg.

The soldiers prevented medics and ambulance to evacuate him. They took him to Jbara military checkpoint.
