Fateh Denounces Hamas' Attacks on its Supporters in Gaza
GAZA, December 30, 2007 (WAFA) - Fatah movement denounced on Sunday Hamas' crackdown on its supporters in the southern Gaza Strip city of Khan Younis, where nine family members were wounded and 89 others arrested.
In a statement, Fatah accused "Hamas' black militias and criminal gangs'", for committing awful crimes against cadres and supporters of Fatah in Khan Younis.
Fatah considered such a crackdown on its members as an attempt by the rival Hamas movement to hamper celebrations, Fatah is set to hold, to mark the 42 anniversary of its foundation, by January1st.
