Al-Ajrami Calls for Releasing Prisoners in Israeli Jails
TEL AVIV, October 5, 2007 (WAFA)-Minister for Prisoners Affairs, Ashraf al-Ajrami called on Friday for releasing all Palestinian prisoners held in Israeli jails in the coming months.
This came during an interview with Israeli Army Radio and where he met with Israeli Public Security Minister Avi Dichter and demanded that all prisoners be freed, including imprisoned Fatah leader Marwan Barghouti, who is serving five life sentences.
Ajrami is expected to visit Barghouti in jail next week.
