President Meets Norwegian Deputy Foreign Minister
RAMALLAH, March 19, 2007, (WAFA) -President Mahmoud Abbas met on Monday with Norwegian deputy Foreign Minister Raymon Juhanson in the presidential HQ in Ramallah city.
During the meeting, the President briefed Juhanson on the latest developments in the Palestinian territories and the exerted efforts which led to the formation of the national unity government.
The President also praised the Norwegian supportive stance towards the unity government, affirming the necessity for steps to end international siege imposed on the Palestinian people.
