Palestinian Patient Prisoners Face Medical Carelessness in Israeli Jail
RAMALLAH, March 18, 2007, (WAFA)- HR organisation revealed that the Palestinian prisoners, in the Israeli prison of Howwara, suffer health deterioration.
In a statement issued Sunday, Nafha Society to Protect the Rights of Prisoners, reported that the prisoners live harsh conditions because of shortage of food and medical carelessness.
After visiting Howwara Prison, Lawyer of the Society, Usama Maqbool, said that he met some patients who suffer chronic diseases and receive no medical treatment.
Nafha Society called on the international organisations for an immediate intervention to save the souls of the prisoners.
