Fateh Accuses Israel of Achieving Political Goals through Military Acts
GAZA, March 1, 2007 (WAFA) Fateh Movement accused Israel on Thursday of attempting to achieve political goals by conducting military operations against Palestinians in the West Bank.
In a press release, Fateh said these operations were aimed at forcing the Palestinians to abandon the Makkah Accord and other international agreements, as well as article three of the national conciliation charter that stipulated intensifying resistance in areas that were occupied in 1967.
The charter was signed by Palestinian prisoners in Israeli prisons.
Since the signing of the Makkah Accord with the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), the international community has been ready to accept the right of Palestinians to resist, added Fateh.
Israel was robbed from the opportunity to propagandize blasts against it and Israel tries its best to depict Palestinians as terrorists, but Hamas and Fateh will do their best to rally public opinion for Palestinian benefit, noted Fateh.
