KHANYOUNIS, July 31, 2005, (WAFA)-Israeli colonizers attacked Saturday night an ambulance with stones injuring its paramedics in the Gaza Strip city of Khanyounis, Ministry of Health sources said.

The sources told WAFA that number of Israeli colonizers hurled the ambulance with stones, wounding its medical team, including the driver and causing a grave damage to it.

The colonizers held the ambulance for three hours and half, although it was transferring a patient to Hospital.

MOH called on international community and the World Health Organization (WHO) to immediately intervene and stop such inhuman practices against the Palestinian people , especially MOH.
