JORDAN VALLEY, May 1, 2025, WAFA – A group of Israeli colonists carried out an attack late last night targeting the property of a Palestinian family near the Hamra military checkpoint in the northern Jordan Valley, stealing dozens of livestock belonging to the same family, according to local sources.
Sources said the colonists vandalized solar panels used for lighting, tore down several tents and punctured the tires of water tankers before fleeing with the stolen livestock.
In recent weeks, attacks by colonists on Palestinian residents and their property have intensified, with repeated attempts to steal livestock forming part of what appears to be a deliberate plan to drive Palestinians out of the Jordan Valley.
That same night, Israeli colonists torched Palestinian-owned farmlands and stabbed a Palestinian in the town of Duma, south of the occupied West Bank city of Nablus, according to local sources.
