Qurei: Israel Launches a Complete Infrastructure Destruction
RAMALLAH, March 18, 2004 (WAFA)- Prime Minister, Ahmed Qurei, said Thursday that the Israeli withdrawal from the Gaza Strip is “a mere talkâ€, and what we see on the ground is the destruction of the Palestinian infrastructure in an attempt to destroy any possibility of peace and coexistence.... After a meeting held in Ramallah with the French Minister of Industry, Nicole Fontaine, Qurei told reporters that this visit of the French Minister in such difficult circumstances proves the cordial Palestinian-French relations and the French support to push the peace process forward.... On her part, Fontaine expressed her shock at the “Racial Segregation†Wall that Israel constructs on the Palestinian land, adding that the peoples’ interest and determination will overcome the scheme of the extremists....
