RAMALLAH, Monday, July 13, 2020 (WAFA) – Three members of the Palestinian community in Saudi Arabia were reported dead yesterday after contracting coronavirus disease, which raises the number of corona-related deaths among diaspora Palestinians to 178, said the Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates.

It said a total of 50 Palestinians have died from the disease in Saudi Arabia while the number of infected remained at 102.

Elsewhere in the world, the Ministry said 23 new corona cases were reported among the Palestinian community in Qatar to raise the number of infected Palestinians there to 627, two of them reported in critical condition, while the number of dead stood at seven.

In the United States, which had the largest number of corona cases among diaspora Palestinians, eight new cases were confirmed in Michigan and New York states, raising the number of corona cases among Palestinians in the US to 1916 while deaths stood at 64.
