RAMALLAH, Friday, July 3, 2020 (WAFA) – Palestine Friday overnight confirmed a new coronavirus fatality, raising the total death toll in the occupied territories since the pandemic outbreak to 12.

The Health Ministry announced that a Palestinian, in his 80s, from the southern West Bank district of Hebron died due to the novel coronavirus.

According to the latest coronavirus data, the confirmed cases in the occupied territories (West Bank, including East Jerusalem, and Gaza) reached 3,417.

Out of the 3,417 cases, 3,008 are in the West Bank, 72 in the Gaza Strip and 337 in East Jerusalem.

Recoveries have reached 634 total, including 460 in the West Bank and Gaza and 174 in East Jerusalem, leaving a total of 2,722 active cases.
