RAMALLAH, Friday, June 26, 2020 (WAFA) – Another 75 coronavirus cases were confirmed tonight in Palestine, raising today‘s total to 207 and the overall total in Palestine to 1795, said Minister of Health Mai Alkaila.

Of the new 75 cases, 36 were in the southern West Bank Hebron district, the new epicenter of the disease in Palestine, 32 in occupied East Jerusalem and seven in the Nablus district in the north of the West Bank.

The minister said 11 coronavirus patients in Hebron, Bethlehem and Nablus are in critical condition in intensive care; two of them are on respirators.

Total recoveries were 620, and with five deaths, active cases stand at 1170.

Of the total coronavirus cases, 1485 are in the West Bank, 72 in the Gaza Strip and 238 in East Jerusalem.

Of the 620 recovered cases, 390 are in the West Bank, 56 in the Gaza Strip, and 174 in East Jerusalem.

Of the five deaths, two were in the West Bank, two in Jerusalem and one in the Gaza Strip.
