RAMALLAH, Tuesday, June 9, 2020 (WAFA) – President Mahmoud Abbas congratulated king of Jordan, Abdallah II bin Al-Hussein on the 21st anniversary of his coronation and assuming the constitutional duties as king of Jordan.
President Abbas sent a cable to the king of Jordan, conveying his heartfelt brotherly congratulations and expressing admiration for the king’s overall advancement and significant achievements in all fields.
He praised Jordan’s unwavering brotherly support to the Palestinian people in their just cause to gain their legitimate rights to freedom and the establishment of an independent state of Palestine with Jerusalem as its capital.
