GAZA, June 21, 2026 (WAFA) – Several Palestinians were injured on Sunday after an Israeli drone strike targeted the courtyard of Ibn Sina School in Al-Shati refugee camp, northwest of Gaza City.

Local sources reported that an Israeli drone fired a missile at the school yard, wounding a number of civilians. The injured were transferred to nearby hospitals for medical treatment.

The attack comes amid Israel's ongoing military offensive on the Gaza Strip, which has resulted in tens of thousands of Palestinians killed and injured, in addition to widespread destruction of homes, infrastructure, and civilian facilities across the territory.

Meanwhile, health authorities reported that the death toll in Gaza has risen to 73,032 Palestinians, while the number of injuries has reached 173,357 since the start of the Israeli aggression in October 2023.
