RAMALLAH, Friday, October 25, 2019 (WAFA) – Weather today is partially cloudy and mild in most districts in daytime and relatively cold in nighttime, especially in mountainous districts, with no change in temperature, remaining 3°C below the seasonal average, said the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).
A little chance of sporadic showers is expected in most districts. Wind is southwesterly, light to moderate and occasionaly active. Sea waves are low to medium.
Temperature in Jerusalem and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 22°C and a low of 16°C and in Ramallah and Hebron, a high of 21°C and a low of 15°C. In Jericho, the Dead Sea and the Jordan Valley, temperature is expected to reach a high of 31°C and a low of 21°C, while it is expected to reach a high of 26°C and a low of 20°C in Gaza and the coastal areas.
Rain and thunderstorms are expected in most districts on Saturday, with no significant change in temperature which remains 3°C below the seasonal average.
Temperature is expected to rise on Sunday while remaining slightly below the seasonal average. Weather is expected to be partially cloudy and mild in daytime and relatively cold in nighttime.
PMD warned people against the risk of flash floods in low areas and valleys, slippery roads and low visibility.
