RAMALLAH, Sunday, October 20, 2019 (WAFA) – Moderate weather conditions are expected to prevail today with no change in temperature, remaining around the seasonal average, said the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).
Wind is northwesterly, light to moderate and occasionally active. Sea waves are low to medium.
Temperature in Jerusalem and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 25°C and a low of 16°C and in Ramallah and Hebron, a high of 24°C and a low of 15°C. In Jericho, the Dead Sea and the Jordan Valley, temperature is expected to reach a high of 35°C and a low of 21°C, while it is expected to reach a high of 27°C and a low of 21°C in Gaza and the coastal areas.
No change in temperature is expected for Monday, though sporadic rainfall is be expected during the night on most areas possibly accompanied by thunderstorms, said the PMD.
A drop in temperature is expected for Tuesday to approach 3°C below the seasonal average, with a chance of showers and thunderstorms expected on most districts.
Temperature continues to drop on Wednesday. Rain and thunderstorms are expected on most districts.
