NABLUS, Friday, June 28, 2019 (WAFA) – A number of Palestinians were shot and injured with rubber-coated steel bullets and others suffocated as Israeli forces violently suppressed a peaceful demonstration in the village of ‘Azmout to the east of Nablus, the occupied West Bank, said WAFA correspondent.
Dozens of Palestinian took part in a peaceful demonstration, which was called for by the popular committees against the separation wall and illegal Israeli settlements and national faction groups to protest the so-called US ‘deal of the century and the Manama workshop, and to emphasize the national constants.
Forces fired rubber-coated metal bullets, tear gas canisters, and stun grenades toward demonstrators, shooting and injuring a number of them.
Several others suffocated due to tear gas inhalation.
