RAMALLAH, Thursday, June 20, 2019 (WAFA) – Weather today is seasonably pleasant to relatively warm in daytime and relatively cold in the evening and night hours, particularly in mountainous districts, with a slight rise of temperature which approaches 2°C above the seasonal average, said the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).

Wind is southwesterly to northwesterly and moderate to active. Sea waves are low to medium.

Temperature in Jerusalem and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 29°C and a low of 19°C and in Ramallah and Hebron, a high of 27°C and a low of 18°C. In Jericho, the Dead Sea and the Jordan Valley, temperature is expected to reach a high of 38°C and a low of 24°C, while it is expected to reach a high of 30°C and a low of 23°C in Gaza and the coastal areas.

Seasonably fair conditions are expected on Friday in daytime and relatively cold conditions in the evening nighttime, particularly in mountainous districts, with steady temperature.

Saturday’s temperature is set to drop by 2°C on Saturday with seasonably fair conditions in daytime and relatively cold conditions in the evening and night hours, especially in mountainous districts.

Sunday’s weather is seasonably mild in mountainous districts and unseasonably warm in the Jordan Valley in daytime. Relatively cold conditions are expected to prevail in nighttime.
