RAMALLAH, Wednesday, June 19, 2019 (WAFA) – Weather today is mild in daytime and relatively cold in evening and nighttime, particularly in mountainous districts, with a slight rise of temperature which becomes a bit higher than the seasonal average, said the Palestine Meteorological Department (PMD).

Wind is southwesterly to northwesterly and moderate to active. Sea waves are low to medium.

Temperature in Jerusalem and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 28°C and a low of 18°C and in Ramallah and Hebron, a high of 27°C and a low of 17°C. In Jericho, the Dead Sea and the Jordan Valley, temperature is expected to reach a high of 38°C and a low of 24°C, while it is expected to reach a high of 29°C and a low of 22°C in Gaza and the coastal areas.

PMD expects Thursday’s temperature to slightly rise with seasonably pleasant conditions in daytime and relatively cold conditions in the evening and night hours, particularly in mountainous districts.

Relatively warm conditions are expected on Friday in daytime and pleasant conditions in nighttime with a rise of temperature which approaches 2 to 3°C above the seasonal average.

Saturday’s temperature is set to drop and approach the seasonal average with mild conditions in daytime and relatively cold in evening and nighttime, particularly in mountainous districts.
