NEW YORK, Tuesday, January 15, 2019 (WAFA) – President Mahmoud Abbas Tuesday condemned the terrorist attack that took place in Nairobi, Kenya’s capital city.
President Abbas, during his presidency of the Group of 77 and China at the United Nations headquarters in New York, sent his condolences to the families of the victims of this terrorist act, expressing his solidarity with the president and people of Kenya and wishing the wounded a speedy recovery.
“This terrorism is spreading like an epidemic in the world,” said President Abbas, calling on the world countries to cooperate in uprooting terrorism, indicating that the state of Palestine signed 83 protocols with 83 countries around the world to eradicate terrorism.
He also called on everybody to fight terrorism.
