NABLUS, Wednesday, December 26, 2018 (WAFA) – A Palestinian youth was Wednesday injured after being shot by Israeli forces at Huwwara checkpoint, south of Nablus, said security sources.
The sources told WAFA that Israeli soldiers deployed at the checkpoint opened fire towards a Palestinian vehicle, injuring the driver identified as Raed Diab, 36, from Kufr Qalil village, south of Nablus.
The nature of his condition remains unknown.
Israeli forces closed off the checkpoint for both directions but later reopened it.
