RAMALLAH, Monday, December 24, 2018 (WAFA) – Weather on Monday is partially cloudy and cold, especially in mountainous districts in morning and evening hours, with a slight drop of temperature, according to the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).
A slight chance of scattered rain showers is expected on some districts, especially the northern. Wind is northwesterly to westerly, light to moderate. Sea waves are low.
Temperature in Jerusalem is set to reach a high of 14°C and a low of 9°C and in Ramallah a high of 13°C and a low of 8°C. In Jericho and the Jordan Valley, temperature is set to reach a high of 21°C and a low of 13°C, while it is expected to reach a high of 21°C and a low of 11°C in Gaza.
PMD predicts weather on Tuesday to be partially cloudy to clear and relatively cold in daytime and cold in nighttime with a slight rise of temperature.
Partially cloudy and cold conditions are expected to continue for Wednesday with increasing cloudiness and late night showers. Temperature is expected to slightly drop.
Thursday’s temperature is set to significantly drop as a low pressure affects the region. Thus, the weather is expected to be cloudy, cold to very cold and rainy, along with occasional thunderstorms and hail.
