RAMALLAH, Tuesday, December 18, 2018 (WAFA) – Israeli forces Tuesday detained 24 Palestinians from the occupied West Bank, including one woman, according to the Palestinian Prisoner’s Society (PPS).
It said in a statement that nine people were detained from several towns in the Jenin district in the north of the West Bank area, including a former prisoner, five from Ramallah area, including one woman, sister-in-law of Saleh Barghouti who was shot dead by the Israeli army near Ramallah last week, two from Bethlehem district, one from Arroub refugee camp and one from Kufr Qaddoum.
Israeli soldiers also detained four, including three minors, from Jerusalem and two from Hizma village, east of Jerusalem.
According to a report by several human rights organizations, Israel detained 486 Palestinians in November, including 65 minors and 9 females.
