BETHLEHEM, Monday, December 17, 2018 (WAFA) – Clashes Monday broke out between Palestinian youth and Israeli forces in the town of Taqou’, southeast of Bethlehem, the occupied West Bank, said security sources.
Sources told WAFA clashes broke out between Israeli forces and Palestinians, after the latter allegedly threw stones at settlers’ vehicles passing through the main street in the town of Taqou’.
The army used tear gas canisters and stun grenades against Palestinian youth, however, no injuries were reported.
Mayor of Taqou’ said the forces also placed four concrete blocks in Khirbet Ad-Deir area, in the said town, for the purpose of setting up a new observation point there.
