RAMALLAH, Friday, December 14, 2018 (WAFA) – Weather on Friday is sunny, mainly clear, and relatively cold to cold, particularly in the early morning, evening and night hours, with a rise of temperature, said the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).

Wind is northeasterly to easterly, light to moderate and active at times. Sea waves are low.

Temperature in Jerusalem and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 15°C and a low of 9°C and in Ramallah and Hebron, a high of 14°C and a low of 8°C. In Jericho, the Dead Sea and the Jordan Valley, temperature is expected to reach a high of 24°C and a low of 12°C, while it is expected to reach a high of 21°C and a low of 13°C in Gaza and the coast.

Mainly clear and relatively cold to cold conditions are expected for Saturday, particularly in the early morning, evening and night hours, and pleasant conditions around midday with a further slight rise of temperature.

Sunday’s temperature is set to remain steady with partially cloudy and relatively cold conditions in daytime, especially in the early morning hours, and cold in nighttime.

Monday’s temperature is set to significantly drop and become lower than the seasonal average. Partially cloudy and relatively cold conditions are expected with increasing cloudiness and sporadic showers later in the day.

Citizens are warned against low visibility due to formation of fog, low clouds and of slippery roads.
