RAMALLAH, Thursday, December 13, 2018 (WAFA) – Israeli forces on Thursday arrested four Palestinians, including a minor girl, during the ongoing military offensive in al-Bireh city, east of Ramallah, in the occupied West Bank, local sources said.

The four Palestinians, including the girl, were not yet identified.

Israeli army units raided several neighborhoods in the cities of Al-Bireh and Ramallah earlier on Thursday and imposed a total siege on the cities following a shooting attack near Ramallah that left at least three Israeli soldiers dead.

The soldiers raided many buildings in Al-Bireh, apparently in search of the assailants behind the shooting of the three Israeli settlers.

Meanwhile, clashes erupted between Israeli army and Palestinian young men at the northern entrance to Al-Bireh, during which the soldiers fired rubber-coated steel rounds to disperse the protesting youth.
