HEBRON, Tuesday, November 27, 2018 (WAFA) – The family of Khalil Jabareen, 16, from Yatta in the south of the West Bank, who is in Israeli detention, was informed by the Israeli army on Tuesday that its house is going to be demolished, according to Palestinian security sources.
They said that Israeli soldiers raided Yatta and handed the Jabareen family a notice of the demolition of its home as a punishment for the act of its son.
Jabareen reportedly attacked Israeli soldiers at a settlement intersection in the south of the West Bank on September 16, killing one and injuring another before he was shot and seriously wounded. He was also detained.
House demolition is a punitive Israeli measure against families of Palestinians involved in attacking Israelis.
