RAMALLAH, Sunday, October 21, 2018 (WAFA) – Weather on Sunday is partially cloudy and moderate with temperature remaining a bit lower than its annual average, according to the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).
A little chance of scattered rain showers is expected in some areas.
Wind is northwesterly to southwesterly and light to moderate. Sea waves are low.
Temperature in Jerusalem and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 24°C and a low of 17°C and in Ramallah a high of 23°C and a low of 16°C. In Jericho, the Deas Sea and the Jordan Valley, temperature is expected to reach a high of 34°C and a low of 23°C, while it is expected to reach a high of 27°C and a low of 21°C in Gaza and the coastal areas.
On Monday, weather turns to be partially cloudy to cloudy, hot to very hot and dusty, with yet a rise in temperature approaching 4 to 5 degrees Celsius above the annual average. A little chance of scattered rain showers is still expected on some areas.
Similar weather conditions are predicted for Tuesday, and no change in temperature is expected.
Temperature, however, is expected to drop on Wednesday but generally remain above the seasonal average. Rainfall, accompanied by occasional thunderstorms, is expected in many areas on Wednesday.
