RAMALLAH, September 29, 2018 (WAFA) – Weather on Saturday is sunny and hot with a rise of temperature which approach 5°C above the seasonal average, said the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).

Wind is northeasterly to southeasterly, light to moderate and sea waves are low.

Temperature in Jerusalem and Bethlehem is expected to reach a high of 33°C and a low of 23°C and in Ramallah and Hebron a high of 32°C and a low of 22°C. In Jericho, the Dead Sea and the Jordan Valley, temperature is expected to reach a high of 42°C and a low of 28°C, while it is expected to reach a high of 31°C and a low of 25°C in Gaza and the coastal areas.

Hot weather conditions are expected to continue on Sunday as temperature is expected to further rise and approach 7°C above the seasonal average with a slight chance of sporadic showers on some districts.

However, temperature is expected to significantly drop and get closer to the seasonal average on Monday, said the PMD.
