GAZA, May 15, 2025 (WAFA) – Several Palestinian citizens were killed and others wounded on Thursday in Israeli shelling of various areas of the Gaza Strip.
WAFA correspondent reported that three citizens were killed when Israeli warplanes bombed the home of the al-Nabahin family in the city of Deir al-Balah, central Gaza Strip. Another citizen was killed and others were wounded by Israeli forces' fire in the al-Mawasi area, northwest of Rafah, in the southern Gaza Strip.
The Palestinian journalist Hassan Samour and several members of his family were killed when the Israeli occupation bombed his home in the town of Bani Suhaila, east of Khan Yunis.
Citizen Najah Suleiman Abu Dhakheir was also killed and three others were wounded in artillery shelling of the al-Iqlimiya area, northwest of Rafah, in the southern Gaza Strip.
The death toll from the genocidal war and aggression waged by the Israeli occupation forces on the Gaza Strip has risen to 52,928 civilians and 119,846 wounded since October 7, 2023.
