RAMALLAH, August 19, 2018 (WAFA) – Weather on Sunday is partially cloudy to clear with no significant change in temperature, remaining slightly below the seasonal average, said the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).

Wind is southwesterly to northwesterly, light to moderate and active at times. Sea waves are low to medium.

Temperature in Jerusalem is expected to reach a high of 28°C and a low of 19°C and in Ramallah a high of 26°C and a low of 18°C. In Jericho and the Dead Sea, temperature is set to reach a high of 38°C and a low of 26°C, while in the Jordan Valley, a high of 36°C and a low of 24°C are expected. A high of 29°C and a low of 25°C are expected in Gaza.

Temperature is expected to rise on Monday, eve of the four-day Muslim Eid Al-Adha holiday, and will become slightly higher than the annual average.

Similar weather conditions are expected for Tuesday, the first day of Eid Al-Adha holiday, said the PMD.

On Wednesday, temperature is likely to slightly drop, setting back to its annual average.
