GAZA, December 8, 2017 (WAFA) – The ministry of health Friday announced that a Palestinian elderly from Gaza died of wounds sustained during an Israeli airstrike that targeted the north of Gaza city.

The ministry said in a statement that the man was identified as Maher Attallah, 54, from al-Sheikh Zayed city north of Gaza, while 15 others sustained injuries in Israeli airstrikes targeting two different locations in Beit Lahya town, north of Gaza.

The injured included an infant, whose injuries were described as critical. All 15 were transferred to the Indonesian Hospital in the town. Several locations and buildings were affected in the airstrike.
