JENIN, December 6, 2017 (WAFA) – The Israeli army used dirt mounds to shut down on Wednesday a road leading to the Jenin-area town Ya’bad and two Palestinian homes, local sources told WAFA.
They said the army closed the western entrance to the town with dirt as well as entrances to homes of Abdullah Khatib and Naser Abu Bakr.
Meanwhile, soldiers raided homes in Ya’bad using dogs in the search and seized surveillance cameras.
They also closed the gate leading to another village near Ya’bad and two checkpoints allowing only residents to pass through.
The Israeli collective punitive measures came following alleged shooting at an Israeli bus in the area on Tuesday night. No one was hurt in the shooting.
