RAMALLAH, December 6, 2017 (WAFA) – Weather on Wednesday is cloudy and rainy with a further drop in temperature approaching two degrees Celsius below its annual average with a high chance of rain accompanied by thunderstorms at times, said the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).
The effects of the low pressure, which is accompanied by cold air, rain and occasional hail, are expected to continue to affect the region through Thursday.
Wind is active, northwesterly to westerly and expected to reach 70 kilometers per hour. Sea waves are high.
Thursday’s weather is cloudy to partially cloudy and cold, while temperature remains the same. A chance of scattered rain showers is also expected on some areas.
Clear skies to relatively cold conditions are expected on Friday and Saturday. Temperature is expected to rise to be around its annual average.
