RAMALLAH, November 21, 2017 (WAFA) – Weather on Tuesday is cloudy and relatively cold with a drop in temperature approaching five degrees Celsius lower than the annual average, said the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).
Scattered rain, along with thunderstorms at times, is expected on some areas.
Wind is southwesterly to northwesterly, moderate to active, strong at times and high sea waves.
Temperature in Jerusalem on Tuesday is expected to reach a high of 14 degrees Celsius during the day and drops to 10 degrees at night. In Ramallah, a high of 12 degrees and a low of 9 degrees are expected. In Nablus, a high of 16 degrees and a low of 11 degrees are expected. In Jericho and the Dead Sea, a high of 24 degrees and a low of 16 degrees are expected while in the Jordan Valley a high of 22 degrees and a low of 14 are expected. Temperature in Gaza and the coastal areas is expected to reach a high of 20 degrees and a low of 14 degrees Celsius, according to the PMD.
Similar weather conditions are expected for Wednesday with another slight drop in temperature to approach six degrees Celsius lower than its annual average. Scattered rain showers are also expected on some areas.
Partially cloudy to cloudy skies are expected to prevail on Thursday. Temperature is expected to rise while remaining five degrees Celsius lower than its annual average.
Friday’s weather is partially cloudy. Temperature is expected to rise again while remaining three degrees Celsius lower than the annual average.
