Israeli forces fire shell, raze land in Gaza

GAZA, November 5, 2017 (WAFA) – Israeli navy on Sunday fired a shell at Palestinian fishing boats in al-Waha coastal area, to the northwest of Gaza, according to WAFA correspondent.

Fishermen who were present at the scene said they were forced to leave the site in fear of getting shot. No injuries were reported, however.

Meanwhile, Israeli bulldozers razed an agricultural land adjacent to the Gaza-Israel border fence, east of al-Qarara, near Khan Younis city in southern Gaza Strip.

Israeli army and navy routinely open fire at Palestinian fishermen and farmlands along the Gaza border in a blatant violation of a ceasefire deal reached between Israel and the Palestinian factions in Gaza on August 26, 2014 following 51 days of bloody aggression on the Strip.
