Israeli forces detain 12 Palestinians from Hebron, Tubas

RAMALLAH, November 2, 2017 (WAFA) – Israeli forces Thursday detained a total of 12 Palestinians in multiple overnight raids across Hebron and Tubas districts in the West Bank, said Palestine Prisoner’s Society (PPS).

Israeli forces detained four Palestinians and ransacked a number of homes during a raid into Beit Ummar town, north of Hebron, in the southern West Bank.

They also conducted similar raids into Yatta and al-Arroub, both in the Hebron district, as well as the Hebron neighborhood of al-Baladiya, detaining four Palestinians.

Meanwhile, forces raided Tubas city in the northern West Bank detaining four Palestinians after breaking into and thoroughly searching their homes.

This came after two Palestinian minors from East Jerusalem neighborhood of Jabal al-Tur were Wednesday night detained by Israeli police.

The minors were detained purportedly for hurling Molotov cocktails at Israeli targets.
