Weather: Partially cloudy skies, scattered rain expected

 

RAMALLAH, November 1, 2017 (WAFA) – Weather on Wednesday is partially cloudy with no change in temperature with remains three degrees Celsius lower than the annual average for this time of the year, said the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD), expected little chance of scattered rain showers.

Winds are southwesterly to northwesterly, light to moderate and active at times. Sea waves are medium.

Temperature in Jerusalem on Tuesday reaches a high of 22 degrees Celsius during the day and drops to 14 degrees at night. In Ramallah, a high of 18 degrees Celsius is expected and a low of 13. In Jericho and the Jordan Valley, a high of 31 degrees Celsius and a low of  20 degrees are expected. In Gaza, temperature is expected to reach a high of 25 degrees and a low of 17 degrees Celsius.  

A slight drop in temperature is expected for Thursday with a chance of scattered rain showers expected on some areas.

A further slight drop in temperature is expected for Friday and Saturday. Scattered rain showers, along with thunder storms, are also expected.
