PEX report: index ‘up’ at start of week’s trading

NABLUS, October 8, 2017 (WAFA) – The ‘Al-Quds Index‘ of the Palestine Exchange closed Sunday trading at 578.82 points, up by 0.73 points (0.13%) compared to the last trading session, according to the PEX daily report.

A Total of 701,722 shares were traded with a value of $1,333,188.25 executed during 214 transactions. 

Shares of 16 companies were traded. Share price increased in three companies whereas decreased in seven companies.

Top three gainers: AIG by (4.17%), PEC by (2.24%), and WATANIYA by (1.71%).

Top five decliners: UCI by (-5.97%), JCC by (-2.22%), PRICO by (-1.72%), GMC by (-1.41%), and AIB by (-0.54%).
