RAMALLAH, April 13, 2017 (WAFA) – Weather on Thursday is partially cloudy to cloudy with a significant drop in temperature, which yet remains two degrees Celsius higher than its annual average, according to the Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD).

Heavy rain along with thunderstorms at times are set in most areas. Wind is southwesterly to northwesterly and moderate to active. Sea waves are medium to high.

People are warned against the formation of floods in valleys and low areas.

Weather on Friday is expected to be partially cloudy and pleasant, especially on mountains, becoming relatively cold at night. Temperature is expected to further drop and approach three degrees Celsius below seasonal average. A chance of scattered rain showers is expected on some areas.

Saturday’s weather is expected to be partially cloudy and relatively cold, especially on mountains. No change in temperature is expected.

Cloudy skies are expected to prevail on Sunday. Temperature is expected to rise to reach its annual average.
