JORDAN VALLEY, March 28, 2017 (WAFA) – The Israeli military occupation Tuesday ordered four Palestinian families in Khirbet Humsa al-Fouqa in the northern Jordan Valley to leave their homes for Israeli army training, according to a local activist.
Mutaz Bisharat, an activist from Tubas, told WAFA that the army handed the families orders to leave their homes between five in the evening on Wednesday until five in the next morning.
He said the army plans to hold military exercises in this area.
Palestinian Bedouin families are regularly ordered to leave their homes and move elsewhere as the army holds drills in their area.
They fear the army is going to eventually force them to permanently leave the homes and land where they had lived for decades.
