CAIRO, March 23, 2017 (WAFA) – Algeria handed the general secretariat of the Arab League a check for $26.4 million, the first installment from its annual financial contribution toward the Palestinian budget, according to a statement by Algeria’s Arab League representative.
It said the money is part of its support for the Palestinian people and their struggle for independence and the establishment of their independent state with East Jerusalem as its capital.
