RAMALLAH, July 14, 2016 (WAFA) – Weather on Thursday is abundantly sunny and hot and temperatures are predicted to slightly drop, approaching about four degrees Celsius above the seasonal average, said Palestine Meteorological Department.

Winds are northwesterly to westerly and light to moderate. Sea waves are low.

Temperatures are predicted to slightly rise by one degree on Friday with plentifully sunny and hot skies.

Mainly sunny and hot skies continue to prevail on Saturday and no significant change is expected in temperatures which remain around five degrees Celsius above the seasonal average.

Temperatures are predicted to drop on Sunday and approach around three degrees Celsius above the seasonal average with relatively hot skies.

People are urged to avoid being directly exposed to the sun during peak hours from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. and setting outdoors fires. They are also urged to ensure the cooling of indoor workplaces and venues.
