HEBRON, April 3, 2016 (WAFA) – Israeli forces Sunday detained seven Palestinians from across the West Bank districts of Hebron, Bethlehem, and Nablus, according to local and security sources.
In Hebron city, armed soldiers detained four Palestinians identified as Yousif Abdel-Kareem al-Ja’bari, 19, Mohammed Shahin, 16, Ahmad al-Dodi, 22, and soccer player Hamada Khaled al-Ja’abari. They were all led to an unknown destination.
In the Bethlehem area, forces detained two Palestinians after raiding and searching their homes.
They were identified as Mohsen Thawabteh, 20, a local from the town of Beit Fajjar to the south, and Mahmoud Ahmad, 23, a local from the village of Marah Rabah to the south.
Forces also summoned Anas al-‘Adam, 24, a local from Bethlehem’s Dheisheh Refugee Camp to the south, to appear before the Israeli intelligence at Gush Etzion settlement bloc.
In Nablus city, forces detained local Tawfiq Dowaikat, 27, after raiding and searching his family’s home in al-Dahye neighborhood to the southeast of the city.
Forces also broke into Joseph’s Tomb, a shrine near the city of Nablus, spurring clashes with locals. However, no injuries or further arrests were reported.
