RAMALLAH, August 3,
2015 (WAFA) – Weather on Monday is very hot but with a slight drop in
temperatures, remaining above the seasonal average by around 7 - 8 degrees
Celsius, according to the Palestinian Meteorological Department.
Winds are westerly to
northwesterly and light to moderate. Sea waves are low.
The weather
department issued a warning against prolonged exposure to direct sunlight,
especially in the peak day hours between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m.
Temperatures are
expected to continue to slightly drop on Tuesday but generally remain above
annual average by 6 - 7 degrees Celsius.
Temperatures are
anticipated to drop further on Wednesday, yet remaining above the seasonal
average by almost 5 - 6 degrees Celsius.
Temperatures continue
to drop on Thursday, yet remaining about 3 - 4 degrees Celsius higher than the
annual average.
