JERUSALEM, November 4, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli forces demolished a Palestinian home in the town of Silwan, south of Al-Aqsa Mosque, on Wednesday.

The Jerusalem Governorate reported that Israeli forces demolished the home of Suleiman Abu Subaih in the al-Bustan neighborhood of Silwan. The 80-square-metre house was home to Abu Subaih and his wife.

The governorate added that the house was built 25 years ago and that Abu Subaih has particular health needs after having one of his legs amputated.

It noted that, ahead of the demolition, Israeli bulldozers damaged roads and uprooted trees in the neighborhood to clear a route allowing them to reach and demolish the targeted home.
