Pro-Palestine protests held across US calling for end to Gaza genocide, military aid to Israel

WASHINGTON, October 11, 2026 (WAFA) – Demonstrations and solidarity events in several US cities on Saturday called for an end to Israel's genocidal war on Gaza and an end to US military support for Israel, as pro-Palestinian groups marked three years since the aggression began in October 2023.

In Chicago, Illinois, and Los Angeles, California, demonstrators gathered in public spaces, waving Palestinian flags and carrying banners calling for an end to the war and the Israeli occupation. Participants reaffirmed their support for Palestinian rights and urged the US government to change its policy toward Israel.

In Dearborn, Michigan, home to one of the largest Arab American communities in the United States, demonstrators carried Palestinian flags and called for an end to the bloodbath in Gaza.

In Washington DC, protesters assembled outside the US Capitol, the seat of Congress, demanding an end to American military aid to Israel. Their demands focused on Washington’s role in the war and called for a reassessment of US assistance amid the continuing humanitarian consequences of the aggression.

In Providence, Rhode Island, demonstrators chanted in solidarity with the Palestinian people and reiterated calls for an end to the war and respect for Palestinian rights.
