LONDON, September 24, 2026 (WAFA) — The United Kingdom has announced more than £88 million in humanitarian and early-recovery support for Palestinians during the current financial year, with funding directed toward healthcare, water and sanitation, waste management, protection, and early-recovery efforts in and the occupied West Bank.
The funding forms part of the UK's bilateral official development assistance budget for Palestine, which is expected to total £127 million for the 2026/27 financial year.
UK Foreign Secretary Ed Miliband called for unhindered humanitarian access to Gaza and urged Israel to end restrictions on the entry and delivery of aid.
