Israeli army forcibly displaces hundreds of Palestinian families from al-Far'a in dire conditions

TUBAS, February 8, 2024 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces forcibly displaced hundreds of Palestinian families from Al-Far'a refugee camp, south of Tubas, on Saturday, marking the seventh day of the Israeli occupation's aggression and brutal siege of the camp.

Local sources reported that dozens of families from the camp began fleeing through a single route—the eastern entrance—after the occupation forces set a time frame from 9 am to 3 pm for citizens to leave the camp.

This comes amid the ongoing offensive against the camp, now in its seventh day, during which the occupation forces have destroyed infrastructure, bulldozed streets leading to and inside the camp, and cut off water lines.

The occupation forces also raided homes and forced many families to leave and use them as military outposts.

They also carried out many detention and raid operations and field investigations.

Local residents inside the camp have been living in dire humanitarian conditions for seven days due to the water being cut off from the camp and the depletion of food and basic supplies, in addition to medicines and milk for infants.
